Add script for plotting statistics from webrtc integration test logs. Add tests (plot_videoprocessor_integrationtest.cc) to be used to plot stats from (not yet used). Move VideoProcessorIntegrationTest fixture to separate file. To be used by plot_videoprocessor_integrationtest.cc.
