dcsctp: Add public API for setting priorities This is the first part of supporting stream priorities, and adds the API and very basic support for setting and retrieving the stream priority. This commit doesn't in any way change the actual packet sending - the specified priority values are stored, but not acted on. This is all that is client visible, so clients can start using the API as written, and they would never notice that things are missing. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
