  "message": "Ensure all test targets are built on Android.\n\nWhen GYP runs for OS\u003dandroid it doesn\u0027t generate the\nvideo_engine_core_unittests_apk_target target which is needed to\nget the APK built.\nThe same problem applies to webrtc/test/webrtc_test_common.gyp,\nbut that unittest is not added on any bot anyway, so that\u0027s future work.\n\nTESTED\u003dRan webrtc/build/gyp_webrtc for Linux and Android locally.\nBefore this patch, the video_engine_core_unittests was not built\nas part of the \u0027All\u0027 target.
