Move media configuration classes out of PeerConnectionE2EQualityTestFixture. The goal is to remove the dependency between PeerConfigurerImpl and PeerConnectionE2EQualityTestFixture so that PeerConfigurerImpl can be used in PeerConnectionE2EQualityTestFixture API. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
