  "message": "Restrict number of actions in VP9 fuzzer\n\nThe fuzzer calls Encode/SetRates for ~each byte of input data. Size of the input is ~200KB. Timeout is 60s. The test uses debug binary which is slow. Depending on device performance, the execution time can exceed the timeout.
