  "message": "Forward Encode failure codes from sub encoders.\n\nPreviously, failure codes were ignored, which meant simulcasted codecs\ncouldn\u0027t e.g. trigger software fallback. This stops the simulcasted\nEncode call at the first faiulre and returns that code.\n\nAnother option is to continue sending the frame to the other encoders\nbut still return the first failure code.
