[Stats] Re-structure inbound stream stats verification in test Follow up https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/210340, |RTCReceivedRtpStreamStats| is the new parent of |RTCInboundRtpStreamStats| and |RTCRemoteInboundRtpStreamStats| so the verification structure in test should change accrodingly.
