  "message": "Reorder remote stream updates in BaseChannel::UpdateRemoteStreams_w\n\nReorder the steps in UpdateRemoteStreams_w so that\nRegisterRtpDemuxerSink_w is called before receive stream\nremoval/addition. Failures in demuxer registration now trigger early\nexit before modifying media channel streams.\n\nThis prepares transport-level routing (demuxer) before media stream\ncreation/destruction.
