Add WindowId to Source on ChromeOS This change adds support to allow ChromeOS capturers to also pass a WindowId with a source. This WindowID can be used to help allow plumbing and passing an Id that the capturing process knows about, in case it wants to use any in-process capturing logic. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
