  "message": "Restore bit depth check in LibvpxVp9Decoder\n\nReturnFrame() used to reject decoded images with bit depths other than 8\nand 10. The check was lost when it started to switch on img-\u003efmt instead\nof img-\u003ebit_depth in\nhttps://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/266180.
