  "message": "Disable rtc_cc_test _bin targets on win_x86_more_configs\n\nrtc_cc_test unconditionally instantiated a standalone \u003ctarget\u003e_bin\nexecutable in addition to the rtc_library linked into the aggregated\nrtc_test_suite.
