The\noriginal CL was reverted due to a downstream test which has now been\nupdated.\n\nOriginal change\u0027s description:\n\u003e Reject corrupted frames in the VP8 video decoder.\n\u003e\n\u003e The libvpx VP8 decoder has always returned error on malformed keyframes\n\u003e but it turns out that corrupted delta frames may actually decode with\n\u003e error, upon which the decoder still returns `VPX_CODEC_OK`.
