  "message": "[Overuse] Setting encoder configurations through the interface.\n\nThis squashes together several input signals that were spread out\nthrough several calls into a single method and calling place:\nSetEncoderSettings(), invoked from ReconfigureEncoder(). This is added\nto the abstract interface.\n\nThis makes the following methods obsolete which are removed:\n- SetEncoder(): The VideoEncoder was only used for GetEncoderInfo();\n  the VideoEncoder::EncoderInfo is now part of the EncoderSettings.\n- SetEncoderConfig(): The VideoEncoderConfig is part of\n  EncoderSettings. The config is used for its codec_type and\n  content_type enums.\n- SetCodecMaxFrameRate(): The max frame rate was the same as\n  VideoCodec::maxFramerate.
