  "message": "Remove VCMProtectionCallback::SetRetransmissionMode()\n\nThe method has no callers. Its only implementation, in RtpVideoSender,\nforwarded the mode to RTPSenderVideo::SetRetransmissionSetting() under\nmutex_ to serialize it with packetization of encoded frames, so removing\nit also removes one of the remaining reasons for the mutex.\n\nVCMProtectionCallback is public API, but there are no known callers or\nimplementations outside of WebRTC, and the header asks other users not\nto use the API yet.
