  "message": "Optionally disable digital adaptive AGC2.\n\nThe AGC2 is enabled by flipping\nAudioProcessing::Config::GainController2::enabled. The flag enables\nboth AdaptiveAgc and FixedGainController. Before this CL, there was no\nway(*) to only enable the FixedGainController. After this CL, it\u0027s\nalso possible to flip the setting\n|AudioProcessing::Config::GainController2::adaptive_digital_mode|.
