  "message": "Delete the WebRTC-H264Simulcast/Disabled/ field trial.\n\nThe field trial has been enabled-by-default for several years, I\nsuspect it was needed during its development but there doesn\u0027t seem to\nbe any reason to maintain it going forward.\n\nIts very existence blocks our long term objective to have our APIs\nbehave according to the W3C standards and any apps still depending on\nit, if there are any, should make sure to use the APIs correctly\ninstead.
