  "message": "Use Unified Plan transceivers in FakePeerConnectionForStats\n\nFakePeerConnectionForStats put all senders and receivers of a media type\non one Plan B transceiver, so the stats collectors were tested with a\nsetup that Unified Plan never produces.\n\n- Add AddRtpTransceiver(), which creates a Unified Plan transceiver with\n  a given sender and receiver. A missing sender or receiver is replaced\n  by a NiceMock. The default receiver has a track without an ID, because\n  the legacy collector dereferences receiver tracks and an empty ID\n  keeps that track out of the reports.\n- AddVoiceChannel() and AddVideoChannel() put the channel on the\n  transceiver with the requested mid, else on the first transceiver of\n  the media type that has no mid yet, else on a new transceiver.\n- GetSenders() and GetReceivers() return the sender and the receiver of\n  each transceiver that is not stopped.\n- Remove AddSender(), RemoveSender(), AddReceiver(), RemoveReceiver(),\n  the Plan B transceiver helpers and the PLAN_B_ONLY markers.\n\nThe tests add each sender and receiver with AddRtpTransceiver(). Where a\nsender and a receiver belong to the same m\u003d section, they share a\ntransceiver. The suppressions of Plan B deprecation warnings are removed\nfrom these tests.
