Refactor MediaSession to unify audio/video codec handling since the offer/answer rules do not depend on the media type for the most part. Also make use of recently introduced Codec types. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
