Replace ArrayView with std::span in sdk/

This change generated using mostly search and replace:
- MakeArrayView replaced with std::span
- ArrayView replaced with std::span
- Remove all array_view includes and dependencies
- Add <span> include in each file std::span is mentioned.
- Make conversion from objc NSData* more explicit
