[Stats] Delete unused method RTCStats::Members(). For iteration of metrics, use RTCStats::Attributes() instead. In a follow-up CL, RTCStatsMember<T> types will be replaced by absl::optional<T> and RTCStatsMemberInterface and friends will be deleted.
