Remove old WebRTC-NewVideoJitterBuffer used for testing the NackModule. This experiment was used to test the NackModule but will soon (tm) be used to test the completly new video jitter buffer. WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
