Fix: DefaultVideoQualityAnalyzerFramesComparator::Stop() may not block DefaultVideoQualityAnalyzerFramesComparator::Stop() may not block until all frames comparisons are processed in case when new comparison was added after worker thread checked for available comparisons and Stop() was invoked before worker thread checked the state_.
