Rename InterFrameDelay -> InterFrameDelayVariationCalculator. This class name better reflects the nomenclature defined by RFC5481: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc5481#section-1. Some code style improvements were performed. No functional changes are intended.
