Remove WebRTC-UseNtpTimeAbsoluteSendTime field trial The WebRTC-UseNtpTimeAbsoluteSendTime field trial has been enabled by default for a while now and can be cleaned up. This commit removes the field trial from experiments/field_trials.py and hardcodes the behavior in RtpSenderEgress.
