Improving robustness of feedback matching code in event log parser. Removes the dependency on TransportFeedbackAdapter thereby removing some of the complexity that came with it, in particular, we don't fill in missing packets. This makes the code easier to debug and avoids some confusing logging that's not relevant for the parser.
