Add networks stats collector from PeerConnection GetStats API Add networks stats collector from PeerConnection GetStats API for. PeerConnection level test framework. It also will log network layer stats for debug purposes and report packets/bytes dropped metrics from network layer to monitor connectivity of network layer.
