VP9 Simulcast test: Update comments to reflect L1T3. Looked in to this some more and had a chat with Evan, and L1T3 being reported in getStats() is a real sign that L1T3 is used. This CL updates the comments of the VP9 simulcast test to reflect that this is what we are getting, not SVC, even if layers are being dropped etc. Bug: webrtc:14884 Change-Id: I15eac981625302480ce337879138537c0ad73664 Reviewed-on: https://webrtc-review.googlesource.com/c/src/+/295540 Commit-Queue: Evan Shrubsole <eshr@webrtc.org> Reviewed-by: Ilya Nikolaevskiy <ilnik@webrtc.org> Auto-Submit: Henrik Boström <hbos@webrtc.org> Reviewed-by: Evan Shrubsole <eshr@webrtc.org> Cr-Commit-Position: refs/heads/main@{#39421}
WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
See here for instructions on how to get started developing with the native code.
