Deprecate old QueryCodecSupport interfaces in MediaCapabilities This CL marks the 2-parameter versions of QueryCodecSupport in VideoDecoderFactory and VideoEncoderFactory as deprecated, pointing users to the new 3-parameter versions that support resolution queries.
