Use WriteFatalLog with overrides under Chromium This replaces the former WriteFatalLogAndAbort function with the two new WriteFatalLog functions that're already submitted as overrides in Chromium. The default implementations of these are not defined under WEBRTC_CHROMIUM_BUILD.
