Fix tests to respect command line field trials Tests that used CreatePeerConnectionFactory without passing FieldTrialsView were falling back to DeprecatedGlobalFieldTrials, which ignored command line flags like --force-fieldtrials. Fixed by passing CreateTestFieldTrialsPtr() or setting dependencies.env = CreateTestEnvironment();.
