Handle IPv4-mapped addresses in IP classification functions. This change ensures that functions like IPIsLoopback, IPIsLinkLocal, IPIsPrivateNetwork, and IPIsSharedNetwork correctly handle IPv4-mapped IPv6 addresses by normalizing them before classification.
