Expose `jitterBufferEmittedCount` in addition to the existing `jitterBufferDelay` for `getStats()`. NetEq currently only passes `jitterBufferDelay` to `getStats()`. We need its paired `jitterBufferEmittedCount` denominator stat for the calculations to be accurate.
