Support conversion of VP9 non-flexible mode to generic descriptor for non-layered streams only. When VP9 HW encoders don't provide any metadata a minimal non-flexible mode structure is generated for the stream: (https://source.chromium.org/chromium/chromium/src/+/refs/heads/main:third_party/blink/renderer/platform/peerconnection/rtc_video_encoder.cc;l=1275-1298;drc=f80633b34538615fcb73515ad8c4bc56a748abfe). WebRTC is a free, open software project that provides browsers and mobile applications with Real-Time Communications (RTC) capabilities via simple APIs. The WebRTC components have been optimized to best serve this purpose.
Our mission: To enable rich, high-quality RTC applications to be developed for the browser, mobile platforms, and IoT devices, and allow them all to communicate via a common set of protocols.
The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
See here for instructions on how to get started developing with the native code.
