Revert "Set optimize_for_size for iOS perf tests." This reverts commit f83da9dddddf0cfd421688cf68fa26bf3ecadd1d. Reason for revert: Culprit has been found. The WebRTC initiative is a project supported by Google, Mozilla and Opera, amongst others.
