Make Opus encoder configurations friendly to move-only types Refactors AudioEncoderOpusConfig, AudioDecoderOpusConfig and AudioEncoderMultiChannelOpusConfig to be compatible with move-only types such as AnyInvocable. This includes updates to factory methods, implementation classes, and unit tests to use std::move where appropriate.
